We were very pleased with Wayne Drew’s approach and construction team running the project. The project ran on time and within budget due to Drew Constructions management of sub-trades ensuring all KPI’s were met for project delivery. With this being on an occupied site as a research facility, Drew Constructions were able to work in with the site constraints and site access requirements as specified by the centre manager. This was handled with the upmost care with no impediment to day to day operations. We would have no problem endorsing them for further works in the future.
